In need of Artist Date ideas!

I have 2-3 hours today for an AD - but I don't know what to do with it!

Would you please share what you've done on the last couple AD's???

let's see, the last one was a trip to the library, where i sat with a big pile of books and flipped through them in the library's window seat. other dates i've had are trips to antique and thrift stores, paint your own pottery, walk in a park with a camera, people watching at a funky coffee shop. hope that helps!

I have been on more than one per week b/c I love this activity so much. Is that cheating by over indulging?
-art gallery (bot art there)
-candy store (totally fun)
-book store
-hike in the country
- another art gallery where the owner was making Kalidescopes. She had taken classes at Campbell Craft School. Also she did the AW a few years back and she talked to me heart to heart about being an artist. Very Cool!
-lecture given by an (in)famous artist
-visited the art district in town
-ate lunch at a Jamician Resturant...totally out of my frame but so awesome
-hung out in a coffee shop and did some writing
